Week 1

We introduced ourselves and got to know each other a bit.

We have listened to the conversations on the CD for unit 1, (lessons 1&2)
You need to complete all the grammar exercises and learn the vocab for next week.

Note, I will not be checking the exercises on a weekly basis - I will assume that you have done everything and have no problems with it, unless you ask.

For those who are used to BBC talk Japanese - you will notice staight away that JFBP uses "de wa arimasen" for the negative of desu, where BBC talk uses "ja arimasen" - "Ja" is simply a contraction of "de wa".

Next week shopping, numbers (times and prices), describing things - so prepare yourself for that.
